She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Eugene and Thelma Marie Stoutenburg (Harshbarger); her husband Charles Arthur Westman; her siblings, Jimmy Johnson and Jeannene Eulenfeld; her son Wayne Collier; and her granddaughter Kelsey Heldenbrand.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Westman (Chris Keene) of New Castle, Delaware, Carolyn Wallis (Rick) of Liberty, Susan Morgan (Kenny) of Opdyke and Dawn Everett (Chad) of Norris City, Illinois; her grandchildren, Alyssa Oldham (Justin) of Mount Vernon, Aron Wallis (Lauren Pope) of Kansas City, Shelby Morgan of Opdyke, Hope Everett of Edwardsville, Halle Everett of Norris City, Illinois, Hollan Everett of Norris City, Illinois, Hinsley Everett of Norris City, Illinois and Lucas Everett of Norris City, Illinois; her children, Karen Collier of Mattoon, Stan and Pam Heldenbrand of Henderson, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Katie Heldenbrand of Bowling Green, Adam Heldenbrand of Henderson, Kentucky and Faith Heldenbrand of Henderson, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Lennon Paisley Oldham, Hermione Belle Oldham and Thomas Ziggy Pope Wallis; her brother Jerry Johnson (Susan) of Canon City, California; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Waytula (John) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
