It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Bailey (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Wayne, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Owen Bailey; and her siblings, Oval Austin and Hester Pennington. She is survived by: her spouse George R. Bailey; her son Don Bailey; her grandchildren, Mark Bailey and Debbie Richardson; her great grandchildren, Branden Bailey and Kelsey Shelton; her brother Orval Austin; and her daughter-in-law Doris Charron. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
