She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward and Daisy Eileen Noble Martin; her son Patrick Gerald Welty; her brothers, Mike, Reggie and Brad Martin; and her brothers-in-law, Ray Welty and Gary Blackmore.
She is survived by: her husband Everett Welty of Mt. Sterling; her daughter Patricia Logsdon (Dave) of Versailles; her siblings, Randy Martin (Michele) of El Paso and Peggy Lawson (Don) of Eureka; and her siblings-in-law, Kenny Welty (Justine) of Mt. Sterling, Gary Welty (Barb) of Mt. Sterling and Debbie Martin of Oakwood. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
