It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Parker of Mount Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Parker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Albert and Frances Elizabeth Hammer Shoopman; her husband Donald Francis "Buck" Parker; her grandson Derrick Buss; and her siblings, June Traylor, Mary Knous, Robert, Orville, Donald, Eugene and Richard Shoopman.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Fry (Gary) of Versailles, Becky Pruden (John) of Versailles, Bill Parker (Kim) of Rushville, Teresa Personett (Steve) of Pittsfield and Ed Parker of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Kenzie Brocksieck (Aaron), Suvannah Flesner (Michael), Wendee Heinecke, Keaton Heinecke (Mollee), Parker John Pruden, Danielle Hea (Joe), Jakob Parker (Grayce), Kirsten Guthrie (Dustin), Alicia McCarl (Justin), Kenna De Fina (Adam), Shelby Mager, Elke Britt (Beau), Caitlyn Hulvey (Adam) and Abby Cooley (Levi); and her siblings, Betty Parker of Clayton, Louis "Butch" Shoopman (Mary Jane) of Springfield and Jerry Shoopman (Lila) of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Hersman Cemetery Association or the Blessing Foundation for Hospice.
