She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse, Sr. Smith and Elva Mae Carpenter Smith; her spouse Dale Harold Smith; and her siblings, Lyle, Ray, Jessie, Jr., Glen, Oliver Smith, Mary Parker and Shirley Behymer.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Smith (Carol) of Menomonee Falls, Ronald Smith (Ivanka) of Poulsbo, John Smith of Antioch and Cathleen Koch (Jerry) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Shelly Thiessen (Gary), Terry Dale Smith, Lisa Harper (Jim), Sarah Smith (Jenny), Monica Heffernan (Ryan), Michelle Cohen (Jason), Karla Paris (Darin), Elizabeth Ormond (Chris) and Tyler Koch (Dawn); her great grandchildren, Alec, Austin, Madelyn Thiessen, Christian, Logan, Madison Huddleston, Mason, Lauryn Smith, Aaron Lemieux (Courtney), Amber, Alissa, Emma Lemieux, Thomas, Phillip Harper, Brooklin Paris, McKenna, Carter Ormond, Kya, Jaycee Koch, Aiden, Charlie and Eleanor Heffernan; her great great grandchildren, Nora and Violet Lemieux; and her siblings, Ruth Nolan of Schaumburg and Tony Smith (Judy) of Camdenton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
