He is survived by: his wife Sharon Baker of Mt. Sterling; his children, Julie Ann Mellema (Dutch) of Beavercreek, Jason Wayne Baker of Meredosia and Chad Everett Baker (Cherryle) of Meredosia; his granddaughter Lauren Ashley Mellema of Beavercreek; and his sister Beulah Butler of Versailles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
