She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Mayfield and Alma Belle Rhoades Mayfield; her husband Harlan Edward Hendricks; and her siblings, Cordell, James, George, Jack Mayfield, Helen Rose Mayfield, Audrey Evon Baker, Harriett Jane Friedhoff and Katherine Darl Witt.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Eugene Hendricks (Susanne) of Mt. Sterling, Eric Linn Hendricks (Suzette Rice) of Mt. Sterling and Vicki Sue Shoopman (Brian) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Ian Edward Hendricks (Tiffanie), Kendra Elizabeth Stamerjohn (Drew), Jered Matthew Shoopman (Jackie), Jacob Wyatt Shoopman, Sara Louise Hendricks (Jonathan McAvoy) and Jeremiah Edward Hendricks; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Emerson, Aspen Shoopman, Emma and Eli Stamerjohn; and her brother Dewie Mayfield of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
