Lois Urven Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Urven of Mount Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Oswell Brown and Edna Irene Brown (Little); her children, Lance Edward (Betsy) and Lanette June; her former husband Leon Urven; her sister-in-law Thelma Jean Reische; her parents-in-law, Marion and Sibyl Urven; and her sisters, Alice Elmira Brown, Osie Irene Winget, Vera Louise Sorrells and Lula Mary Fink. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be directed to Mt. Sterling First Christian Church or Brown County Against Cancer.
