He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wallace James and Mildred Pauline Denney Westfall; his former wife Ida Mae Kekahuna; his wife Andrea Westfall of Mt. Vernon; his sons, Steven Westfall (Seth) of Milwaukee and Shannon Hoffman of Bonners Ferry; his stepdaughters, Amanda Miles of Anchorage and Jillian Raye Harness of Chugiak; his sisters, Eva Harman of Mt. Sterling and Thelma P. Gooding of Meredosia; his stepdaughter Fabian Marrie Fordham; and his brother Wallace James Westfall. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The State of Illinois has mandated that those attending the services are required to wear a mask.
