He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Dorothy Maxine Leezer Colgan; his brother Charles Raymond Colgan; his nephew David Norman Colgan; and his siblings-in-law, Zane Keylor and Jo Anne McClelland Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Colgan of Mt. Sterling; his children, Stephen Eric Colgan of Opp and Christine Anne Moore (Dan) of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jackson, Oliver, Samuel and Lilah Moore; and his siblings, Daniel Colgan (Rose) of Springville, Edward Colgan, Dorothy Keylor of Timewell, Patricia Parker (David) of Versailles and Mary Fiscus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Holy Family Catholic Church Restoration Fund.
