It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Kallenbach of Mount Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan R. Thomas and Susie Adams Thomas; her husband Virgil Dean Kallenbach; her son Terry Kallenbach; and her sisters, Helen O. Davis, Ilean Ingram, Ruth Seckman, Verna York and Norma Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Kallenbach (Julie) of Mt. Sterling and Audrey Paisley (Ron) of Mt. Sterling; her sister Esther Dunn of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Jenny Zimmerman (Rick), Rachel Paben (Lance), Amy Ham (Todd), Carinne Perdew (Dave) and Kayla Paisley (Loren Tracy); and her great grandchildren, Reid, Emmy, Nolan, Langston, Henry, Mason, Bryce, Natalie, Riley and Emma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
