He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Freda Ann McGlauchlen Parn. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela S. Reische; his wife Pam Parn of Mt. Sterling; his children, Billy Parn of Mt. Sterling, Jed Parn (Lynsey) of Mt. Sterling and Alisa Horton (Winston) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Georgie, Richard Jeffrey "R. J." Parn and Raylynn Horton; and his sister Pamela A. Volk of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
