She is survived by: her father Todd Stephens of Havana; her brothers, Chad Stephens and Tyler Stephens (Jocelyn); her nephews, Clint, Ryder and Wyatt; her grandparents, Shirley Rae Stephens, David Pope (Judy) and Gordon Morris; and her aunts and uncles, Geoff Stephens (Joyce), Mike Stephens, Stephanie Stephens, Vince Stephens (Phil), Lissa Angus (Mike), Tammy Payne (Ron), Rhonda Howard (Mike), Debby Hoehn (Dennis), Teresa Sebelist (Rich) and Gordon Lee Morris (Sherry). She is also survived by her friends, neighbors.
Memorial donations may be made in Jeanne's name to Mental Health Centers of Western Illinois (MHCWI) in Mt. Sterling or St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
