It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Wade of Mount Sterling, Illinois, born in Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bud" and Mildred Fox Wade; his daughter Julie Anne Wade; and his brothers, Hugh Dean Wade and Bob Wade.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Wade of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; his children, David Wade of Richmond, Virginia., Gretchen Long (Kyle) of Mt. Sterling, Illinois. and Rachel Boylen (Jon) of Mt. Sterling, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Chelsea Crews, Garrett Brimer, Jordan Brimer, Austin Boylen, Alana Boylen and Alec Boylen (Julie); his great grandchild Walker Brimer; and his brother Rex Wade (Wanda) of Cabot, Arkansas..

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the Mt. Sterling Church of the Nazarene or Brown County Little League.
