He is survived by: his former spouse Layla Melton; his children, Avery of Warsaw, Illinois, Autumn Johnson of Warsaw, Illinois and John Peterman of Ft. Madison; and his siblings, Tom Wagner (Lisa) of Santa Barbara, California, Brenda Wagner of Colusa and Jennifer Harl (Greg) of Colusa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
