He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Thomas and Glenlyn Alene Banks Howard; and his siblings, Carol Jean Howard, Larry Howard, Sherry Vrandenburg, Janice Wurth and Danny Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Howard of Liberty; his daughters, Gariann Alene Crane (Richard Joshua) of Hannibal and Stacie June Owens (Travis) of Chesterfield; and his grandsons, Richard Aaron and Alexander Tyler Crane. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, good friends.
