She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Lewis; and her nephew Anthony "Little Tony" Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Judith Lewis (Frame); her daughters, Marie Denton of Quincy, IL, Nicole Lewis of Quincy, IL and Samantha Skirvin (Nathan Stice) of Quincy, IL; her grandchildren, Sofia Denton, Charley Denton, Whyatt Grove, Lillyann Grove, Londyn Denton, Parker Ferrara, Zayne Denton, Luka Stice and Adilynn Stice; and her siblings, Mark Lewis (Shirley) of Quincy, IL, Mike Lewis of Quincy, IL, Randy Johnson of Quincy, IL, Julie Elsenpeter (Richard) of New London, MO and Barb Lewis of Ionia, IA. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; and many cousins.
