He is survived by: his pet Bowzer; his children, Janelle Carlock (Greg) of Black Earth, WI, Mike Hulvey (Anne) of Shelburne, VT, Roger Hulvey (Jean) of Mt. Sterling, IL, Kathy Logsdon (Rod) of Mt. Sterling, IL, Dan Hulvey (Pam) of Mt. Morris, IL and Gary Hulvey (Beth) of Chatham, IL.; his grandchildren, Amanda Faivre (Andy), Kyle Carlock (Jamie), Aaron Carlock (Karen), Bryan Hulvey, Kasey Hulvey (Matt Poquette), Graham Hulvey, Grayce Parker (Jakob), Jack Hulvey, Gina Logsdon, Carly Babb (Josh), Rick Logsdon, Trevor Hulvey, Brooke Hulvey, Ross Hulvey, Sam Hulvey and Kate Hulvey; and his siblings, Mike Hulvey of Mary, IL and Dorothy Weaver of Indiana.
The state of Illinois has mandated that those attending the visitation or services wear a mask.
