She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Franklin and Florence Reller (Mills); her husband Bill Harbarger; and her siblings, Ruby, Darrell and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, David Harbarger (Bobbie) of Rochester, IL, Rick Harbarger (Vickie) of Lincoln and Lisa Hopwood of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Amanda Wilson (Nate), Matt Harbarger (Lauren), Jordan Hopwood (Ezzie) and Erika Hopwood. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Vera's name to Vonderlieth Living Center in Mt. Pulaski.
