It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Swagert (Mount Pulaski, Illinois), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Swagert and Mary Swagert (Grey); and his brother Gene. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Pherson Moore; his sons, Jason Swagert (Marna) of Apex, NC, Tony Moore (Jamie) of Bloomington, IL and Trevor Moore of Mt. Pulaski; and his grandchildren, Seairah, Savanah, Allison, Ryan, Adam, Emersyn and Ethan.

Memorial donations may be made in Richard's name to The Parkinson's Foundation.
