He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. and Loyelle Turner; his son James Todd Turner; and his sister Judith Ann Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Carol Turner of Mt; his children, Teresa Pierce (John) of Orion, IL, Paula Wilke (Carl) of Chapel Hill, NC, Steven Turner (Michele) of Decatur, IL and Russell Curtis Turner (Kim) of St. Charles, MO; his brother James Turner (Jane) of Springfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Paul Turner, Ben Pierce (Lilly Lavner), Andrea Sawyer (Neal) and Adam Pierce (Claire). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
