She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Benjamin and Irene Shanle (Sargeant); her husband Billy Joe Hamilton; her daughter Lynnette Kaltenbach; and her brother Franklin Shanle.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Scott (Tim); her grandchildren, Kolin Schurter, Lindsay Winkler, Kristen Harris, Taylor Kaltenbach and Tyler Kaltenbach; her great grandchildren, Jase Winkler, Garrett Winkler, Ava Winkler and Kinsley Harris; and her siblings, Wayne Shanle, Darlene Kay Hickey and Patricia DePoister.

Memorial donations may be made to Jefferson Street Christian Church or to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
