He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Harp; his children, Amanda Tarr (George) of Virden, IL and Matthew Harp of Decatur, IL; his grandchildren, Carly Ann Harp of New Orleans, LA, Zachary James Harp of Sparland, IL and Tyler Matthew Harp of Decatur, IL; his great grandchild Vivian Rose Austin of New Orleans, LA; and his sister Yvonne Cheek of Lincoln, IL..
Memorial donations may be made in Marvin's name to Wild Canine, Macoupin County Animal Control, or St. John's Lutheran Church in Mt. Pulaski.
