He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Pamela Cooper (Gary) of Lincoln, IL and Tim Scroggin (Karen); his grandchildren, Chad Cooper (Janette) of Mt. Pulaski, Heth Cooper (Sarah) of Mt. Pulaski, Kyle Scroggin (Jenny) and Briana Davsko (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Kenneth, Audrey, Elliot, Maddox, Wyatt, John and Leo.
