She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wubben and Loraine Wubben (Vaughan). She is survived by: her husband John Poffenbarger; her siblings, Julian Wubben (Lou Ann) of Mt. Pulaski, IL and Judith Maxheimer (Norm) of Lincoln, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Poffenbarger (Cheryl) of Mt. Pulaski, IL, Nancy Shanle and Janet Cherry of Mt. Pulaski, IL. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews; 23 great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Janice's name to Zion Lutheran Pre-School in Mt. Pulaski, IL.
