With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Newt Hallman of Mount Prospect, Illinois, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Newt departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Newt may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Newt leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his children, Robert Hallman (Gini Fleming), Kenneth Hallman (Deborah) and Janet Mefferd (Charles). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
