With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jewel Elizabeth Koch (Mount Prospect, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2024 at the age of 92. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jewel Elizabeth had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jewel Elizabeth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Byron J. Koch; her son John Koch; and her brothers, John Beifuss (Joan) and James Beifuss (Patricia). She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Rossi; her brother Joseph Beifuss (Susan Wade); her sister-in-law Yvonne; and her grandchildren, Lauren Walter (Brett) and Gianna Rossi.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond de Penafort Church (301 S I Oka Ave, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
