She was predeceased by: her husband Donald A. Dudek. She is survived by: her sons, Donald M. Dudek (Stacy) and Daniel A. Dudek (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jordan, Madelyn, Alyssa, Emma and Tyler; her brother Eugene Jerzyk (Marcia); and her brothers-in-law, Ron Dudek (Debbie), John Dudek, James Dudek (Karen) and Joe Dudek (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matz Funeral Chapel (410 E Rand Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Becket Parish (1321 N Burning Bush Ln, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
