It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dino Mugnaini of Mount Prospect, Illinois, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Assuero Mugnaini and Pascualina Mugnaini; and his siblings, Velia Montedoro (late Armando), Domingo Mugnaini (Betty), Meri Paponi (Oscar) and Roberto Mugnaini (Maria Rosa).
He is survived by: his family Dino; his wife Julia; his children, Jacqueline Stenson (late Paul) and Andrew Mugnaini (Mayra); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Giovanni Stenson, Emeralda Mugnaini and Valentina Mugnaini; and his siblings, Eva Crosta (Omar) and Oscar Mugnaini (Graciela). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A prayer was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at 8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634.
