He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Engelson and Mildred Engelson. He is survived by: his wife Carla Engelson; his daughters, Darla Jurado and Anna Netzel (Steve); and his grandchildren, Alexa, Sidney, Brinley and Miles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raymond de Penafort Church (301 S I Oka Ave, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
