She was predeceased by: her spouse Del Richert; and her parents, Gus Georgans and Georgia Georgans. She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Shadid; her daughter-in-law Christina Kathman; her son David Kathman; her son-in-law David Kathman; her stepchildren, Amy Grotzke (Kevin), Amanda Morales (Marco) and David Richert (Jenny); her grandchildren, Corey Kotsakis, Kyler Kotsakis and Gabriella Dusilo; her great grandchildren, Joseph and Bridget Kotsakis; and her sisters, Janet LeNoble and Barbara Georgans.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church (2350 E Dempster St, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A burial will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery (2905 Thatcher Ave, River Grove, IL 60171).
