He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur "Bud" Edmund and Barbara Jean Carter (Lyons); his wife Tina; his children, Eric Ballowe of Mt. Olive, IL, Mitchell Carter (Abby) of Collinsville, IL., Christina Broderick of Brownstown, IL, Tawny Page (Allen) of Hillsboro, IL and Stacy Carter of Litchfield; his siblings, Garry Carter of Bradenton, FL, Pamela Ferguson of Hillsboro, IL and Trish Landry (Bob) of Port Townsend, WA.; and his grandchildren, Austin, Sami, Ryan, Riley, Zane, Brayden, Dexter and Elliot.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home (404 E Union Ave, Litchfield, IL 62056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
