He was predeceased by: his parents, Orla Stephens, Sr. and Elizabeth Woods Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Connie J. Koehler; his siblings, Neva Hartmann (Donald), Mary Hamm and Ronald Stephens; his children, Orla Stephens III (Sherry), Katherine Stephens and John Stephens; his grandchildren, Larry Frank (Brittney), Meagan Madden (Adam), Joseph Stephens (Miranda), Alexis Stephens, Payton Stephens and Steven Fosnock; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Madden, Marqui Frank, Selah Frank, Nora Madden, Amelia Madden and Evangeline Frank. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude's Chidlren's Hospital.
