He was predeceased by: his father Harold Klekamp; and his niece Nancy Mayfield Holtorf. He is survived by: his mother Helen Klekamp (Lueneman); his sisters, Marian Mayfield (Larry) of Staunton, IL, Jane Taylor (Joe) of Litchfield, IL and Carol Frailey (Larry) of Benld, IL; and his cousin Brenda Lubrandt (Ed) of Gillespie, IL. He is also survived by cat, Mama, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, cousins, many friends, and wonderful neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Mt. Olive VFW or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
