It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward L. Dean of Mount Olive, Illinois, born in Amboy, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Dean; and his stepmother Joanne Dean. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Dean (Reiners); his wife Patricia G. Dean (York); his son Shawn; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Dean of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his daughter Jaime; his son-in-law Joe Saputo of St. Louis, Missouri; his sons, Chris Morgan of Jerseyville and Robert "Robbie"; his daughter-in-law Samantha Dean of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his grandchildren, Petty Officer 2nd Class, James Morgan, Terah Morgan, Brianna Morgan, Todd Morgan, Zachary Dean, Derek Morgan, Lucas Dean, Mia Saputo, Hunter Cannady, Brady Morgan and Hoyt Powell; his great grandchildren, Ben Stulce, Jasper Stulce, Remington Stulce and Brynleigh Arthur; and his sister Anna Altman of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
