He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wagner and Lorraine Wagner (Hall); his wife Wanda; his daughter Karen Wagner of Collinsville; his siblings, Russell Wagner (Diane) of Glen Carbon and Betty Allen (Dallas) of O'Fallon; his stepsons, Jim Gipson (Sheila) of Mt. Olive, Rob Gipson (Shelley) of Mt. Olive and Kevin Gipson (Gretchen) of Huntsville, AL; his siblings, Marjorie Wilkins, Marilyn Shoalte, Albert Wagner, Walter Wagner, Howard Wagner and Herbert Wagner; and his daughter Carla Sullivan.
He is survived by: his former wife Jeannette Maples.
