He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Higgins; and his son Robert Higgins. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Higgins (Priori); his wife Patricia Higgins (Casey); his sons, Jeffrey and Andrew; his siblings, Cathy Dillard (Marty) and John Higgins (Kim); and his pets, Shadow and Rudy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Benld United Methodist Church (209 S Main St, Benld, IL 62009). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lake Lou Yaeger (4943 Beach House Trail, Litchfield, IL 62056).
