The memory of Daniel Henry Schuette of Mount Olive, Illinois, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Louis Schuette and Esther Ann Schuette (Grosenheider); his grandparents, Frank, Mina Grosenheider, Henry and Louise Schuette; his former wife Virginia; his brother Joseph Schuette; and his brother-in-law Barry Anschutz.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Kay Schuette (Bridges); his son Clay Schuette (Stacy); his siblings, David Schuette (Kathy), Jane Blotevogel, Joy Furey (Jim) and Gay Anschutz; and his sister-in-law Leslie Schuette. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spangle Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the United Church of Christ in Staunton, IL, where Dan was a member.
