He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Wolf and Wanda Lue Westbrook Wolf; and his niece Ashley Wolf. He is survived by: his children, Mackenzie Storey Cassada (Kyle) of Evansville, Indiana and Jack Thomas Wolf of Evansville; the mother of his children Nicole Wolf of Evansville; his granddaughter Elsie Cassada; his pet Reagan; and also, William W. Wolf of Mt. Carmel and Robert A. Wolf of Evansville.
