She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence M. Whalen and Juanita Whalen (Voyles); her grandson Aiden Kleinschmidt; and her brother Rick McIntyre. She is survived by: her husband Ed Bobbitt; her children, Chris Bobbitt, Kim Epley (John) and Dawn Kleinschmidt (Aaron); her grandchildren, Dalton Epley (Courtney), Landon Epley (Josie), Hayleigh Bobbitt, Alex Richie, Winter Dill, Erica Dill, Ava Kleinschmidt and Ian Kleinschmidt; her great grandchildren, Aiden Dill and Liliana Dill; and her brother Tim Whalen.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Keepes Funeral Home (1500 N Cherry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
