Rusty Joe Harms Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rusty Joe Harms of Mount Carmel, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2024 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Steve Harms (Robin) and Janet Ray (Thompson); his daughter Victoria Rose Steele; his siblings, Douglas Harms (Jennifer), Brian Harms, Stephanie Stevens (Joe) and Kimberly Waldrop (Mike); and his grandson Jacob Steel, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
