He is survived by: his parents, Steve Harms (Robin) and Janet Ray (Thompson); his daughter Victoria Rose Steele; his siblings, Douglas Harms (Jennifer), Brian Harms, Stephanie Stevens (Joe) and Kimberly Waldrop (Mike); and his grandson Jacob Steel, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Rusty's memory to Wabash Presbyterian Church.
