He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence and Grace Lee Caddell (McPheron); his former wife Janice Marie Elder; his wife Sara Uhlhorn (Steckler); his sister Rowena Bartley; and his sister-in-law Pam Caddell.
He is survived by: his children, Lindel Lary Caddell II (Carolyn), Linda Marie Caddell, Eudina K. Alldredge and Ashley Ann Gray (Cory); and his brother Richard Caddell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Lin's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church.
