It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Arlene Mewes of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hunt and Mildred Hunt (Cunningham). She is survived by: her husband Ron Mewes; her children, Greg Abell of Olney, IL, Georgia Houck (George) of Moore Haven, FL and Gloria Kasinger (Keith) of Bethpage, TN; her stepsons, David Mewes (Deb) of Strongsville, OH and Dennis Mewes (Danita) of West Salem, IL; her sisters, Dolores Smith (Russell) and Trixie Neikirk (Jerry); and her great grandchild Keaton Mewes. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
