It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Wayne Singer of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Singer and Mary Ann Singer (Moade); and his sisters, Phyllis Coffey and Shirley Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Randolph; his grandchildren, Mallory Parr (Chuck), Emily Kocher (Mitch), Alex Singer and Joshua Singer; his great grandchildren, Claudia, Camilla Parr, Vaida, Henry Kocher and Baby Kocher; his brother Don Singer (Barbara) of Mount Carmel; and his sister-in-law Virginia Richey.
