She is survived by: her husband David Higgins of Mount Carmel; her children, Michael Higgins of Mount Carmel, IL, Angela Lofton (Joe) of Allendale, Sandra Higgins of Mount Carmel and Debbie Terrell (Billy) of Grayville, IL; her grandchildren, Timothy Lofton, Tura Buchannan, Steven Eagan, Heather Southwood and Wendy Terrell; and her sister Kim Henderson (Roy) of Joshua, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
