He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrell Allen and Marie Allen (Tisdale); his wife Rosa Lee Allen (Ritter); and his siblings, Betty Richardson, Wilma Smith, Joyce Doan, Richard Allen and Bill Allen.
He is survived by: his brother Glenn Allen. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Allendale Cemetery.
