He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Harold and Mary Rebecca Blythe (McDonald); his spouse Lynn Marie Edmondson; his mother-in-law Mary Edmondson; and his friend May Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Alexander (Nate), David Blythe (Mychelle), Sabrina Kocher (Kerry), Stephanie VanWormer (David), Jessica Clodfelter (Kyle) and Aaron Schmit; his grandchildren, Rebekah, Elizabeth, Abigail Alexander, Quentyn, Adalynn Blythe, Kadence, Ethan Kocher, Dakota VanWormer, Emma and Lydia Clodfelter; his siblings, Eldon Blythe (Kathy) and Diana Floyd (Clark); his father-in-law Paul Edmondson; and his sister-in-law Rita Chansler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
COVID-19 precautions, wearing of face coverings, social distancing and use of hand sanitizer is recommended.
