He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Britton and Zada Britton (Bobbitt); and his brothers-in-law, Gene West and James Wadsworth. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Britton (Hardesty) of Mt. Carmel; his son Thad Britton (Trinity) of Clarksville, IN; his grandchildren, Cory Britton (Natalie), Ashlynn Britton and Chloe Britton; and his siblings, Herbert Britton (Marcia), Gretta West, Marla Wadsworth and Sara Bellamy (Dennis).
