With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darlene Allen of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darlene Allen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Bump and Celia Bump (Dossett); her husband Thomas P. Allen; her son Thomas Allen II; and her brother Dale Bump.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Lang (Brad Arhelger) and Stephanie Banks; her grandchildren, Johnny Joe Lang (Kyleigh Reavill), Mandy Lang, Lacie Perry (Jason), Shaleigha Kline (Keith), Tori Sowder (Wyatt), Thomas Allen III (Sarah Kate) and Zachary Allen; her great grandchildren, Hailey Lang, Kolton Joe Lang, Toby Joe Lang, Dalton Lang, Preston Perry, Jaz Reavill and Jersey Smith; her sisters, Debbie Cross (Phillip), DeeDee Dillinger (Danny) and Darnell Treece (Floyd); and her sister-in-law Rose Bump. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Keepes Funeral Home (1500 N Cherry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Darlene's memory to Gospel Kingdom Church.
