She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Fitzgerrel, and Eva Fitzgerrel, Jr. (Douglas); her husband Charles L. Tate; and her sisters, Alberta Atwood and Francis Knight.
She is survived by: her daughter Ricki (Mike Hays) of Mt. Carmel; her grandchildren, Hilary Hays and Heather Folz (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Noel and Annie Folz.
